We are sealed by the Holy Spirit as a guarantee of our heavenly inheritance - a seal that no one can break. This is not about an easy life on earth, but about the hope of eternal inheritance and being with God forever.

Before the foundation of the world, God chose you. This isn't a random selection, but a deliberate act of divine love. You were on God's heart before time began, predestined for adoption as His child. This truth should anchor your identity—not in your accomplishments, failures, or circumstances, but in God's sovereign choice. When you feel insignificant or overlooked, remember: the Creator of the universe handpicked you to be part of His family. You are not an accident or an afterthought. You are chosen, loved, and purposed. Today, let this truth settle deep into your spirit. You belong to God, and nothing can change that reality.

Reflection: How does knowing you were chosen before creation impact how you see yourself today?

Prayer: Father, thank You for every spiritual blessing in Christ. Through the dramatic transformation of Peter's life, we discover what happens when we try to operate on good intentions alone versus when we rely on God's supernatural power. Before receiving the Holy Spirit, Peter's story is painfully relatable. He stepped out in faith to walk on water but sank when he focused on the circumstances instead of Christ. He boldly declared he would never deny Jesus, yet failed three times when fear overtook him. His spirit was willing, but his flesh was weak. However, after Pentecost, this same man who cowered before a servant girl stood boldly before thousands and proclaimed the gospel, leading 3,000 people to salvation. What changed? Peter received the dunamis power that Jesus commanded His disciples to wait for. This wasn't optional or merely recommended; Jesus said it was better for Him to leave so the Helper could come.

The Holy Spirit transforms our timidity into boldness, our weakness into strength, and our failures into victories. We cannot live the Christian life we are called to in our own power. When we examine our hearts and stir up the gift of God within us, we access the same power that turned fishermen into world-changers. The question isn't whether we need this power, but whether we will ask for it and continually rely on it rather than ourselves.

Like Peter sinking in the waves when he focused on the storm instead of Jesus, we falter when we rely on ourselves. But God has not given us a spirit of fear—He's given us power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:6-7). The Holy Spirit isn't optional equipment for the Christian life; it's essential. Are you trying to live the Christian life in your own strength? Today, ask God to fill you afresh with His Spirit. Stir up the gift within you. Stop striving and start relying on His power.

Reflection: In what areas of your life are you relying on your own strength instead of God's power?Have you received the gift of the Holy Spirit? If so, are you actively stirring up that gift?

Prayer: Father, I lay down my own strength and the pressure to hold everything together. Teach me to rely on Your power, not my limited ability. When I feel weak, remind me that Your Spirit is strong within me. Lead me, steady me, and let Your strength be what carries me through today. Amen.

Missed the sermon watch it here: Walking in the Power of the Holy Spirit

Our words are not idle; they are like bricks building our future, shaping our reality, and influencing our atmosphere. The Hebrew word "dabar" means both "word" and "to build," revealing that every time we speak, we are constructing something in the spiritual realm.

The Shunammite woman faced every parent's worst nightmare—her promised son died unexpectedly. Yet when asked about her situation, she declared three times, "It is well." This wasn't denial or toxic positivity; it was radical faith in God's character and promises. She refused to partner with death through her words, even while carrying her dead son to the prophet. Her faith-filled declarations didn't change her circumstances immediately, but they positioned her to receive the miracle. Like her, we can acknowledge difficult realities while simultaneously declaring God's truth over them. "It is well" isn't about our present circumstances; it's about our unchanging God who holds our future. This kind of faith calls those things that are not as though they are. (2 Kings 4:8-37)

Reflection: Today, examine what you're building with your words. Drawing from Ephesians 5, we're reminded that following God's example means walking in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us. The message challenges us to understand biblical headship not as dominance but as sacrificial love—husbands are called to love their wives as Christ loved the church, even unto death. This isn't about authority for its own sake, but about servant leadership that mirrors our Savior. We're encouraged to pursue unity in our marriages and families, recognizing that when we share common goals and walk together in faith, submission becomes natural and respect flows freely. The call extends beyond marriage to fatherhood itself, emphasizing that our greatest legacy isn't material wealth but leading our children to the cross. Through intentional discipleship, mentorship, and role modeling, we demonstrate what it means to honor God, love sacrificially, and make decisions rooted in eternal values.

We are all invited—whether fathers, mothers, or spiritual mentors—to be intentional about cultivating the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, and gentleness that reflect God's presence in every aspect of our lives. .

Reflection Question: Where in your relationships do you need to pursue greater unity, and what practical step can you take today?

Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for loving me as Your child. Drawing from Ephesians 3:20, we're reminded that God desires to do exceedingly, abundantly above all we could ask or think—yet so often we agree to accept something far less than what He has planned for us.

God's promise to you is not merely good—it's exceeding abundantly above all you could ask or imagine. The same power that raised Christ from the dead works within you. Yet how often do we settle for comfortable mediocrity instead of pursuing God's spectacular plans?
What are you holding onto that keeps you from God's abundance? Today, examine your life honestly. Are you settling for safety when God is calling you to adventure? His plans aren't just slightly better than yours—they're exponentially greater. Don't let the demon of "settle" whisper excuses. God knows the plans He has for you, and they are overwhelmingly good.

We see how the spirit of mammon—not just love of money, but inability to let go and trust God—creates a stronghold that whispers reasons why we shouldn't step out in faith. The transformative truth is that our comfort zones can become our coffins, places where we exist but never truly live. Mammon isn't just loving money—it's the inability to let go of what you have to trust the King of Kings. It whispers fear and anxiety, making you retract when God calls you to give or serve. The rich young ruler had this stronghold. He wanted eternal life but couldn't release his grip on temporary wealth. Jesus loved him but let him walk away. How tightly are you gripping your comfort, your security, your plans? God promises that those who give up everything for Him receive thirty, sixty, a hundredfold more—in this life and the next.

Reflect: Today, identify one area where mammon has you bound. Break that stronghold by an act of radical trust and generosity.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, I refuse to settle for less than Your exceeding abundance. Show me where I've become comfortable in mediocrity. Break every stronghold that keeps me from pursuing Your purposes. Fill my temple with Your glory. Provoke me to the adventure You've designed for my life. I am the called, and with Your help, I will be the fulfilled. Jesus' parable of the sower reveals why some seeds produce thirty, sixty, or a hundredfold while others wither. It's not about the seed's quality; it's about the soil's receptivity and depth. Shallow roots can't sustain growth when persecution or trouble comes.

Thorns of worry and wealth's deceitfulness choke out fruitfulness. But good soil—a heart that receives the Word and remains planted despite resistance—produces exponentially. You don't grow where you visit occasionally; you grow where you're planted. This requires vulnerability, commitment, and the willingness to let roots entangle with others. In twenty-eight years of ministry, the pattern is clear: those who plant themselves flourish beyond imagination; those who remain independent simply age.

Today, ask yourself: Are my roots growing deeper in God's family, or am I trying to survive on my own? Choose to plant yourself where living water flows continuously. Your flourishing depends not on perfect conditions, but on being connected to the Source.

Missed the sermon, watch it here: Psalm 92:13

Prayer:

Lord, Plant me deeply in Your house. We're reminded that the disciples were ordinary, flawed people—Peter the impulsive fisherman who cut off ears and said foolish things—yet after Pentecost, they became vessels of extraordinary wisdom, discernment, and power. The key isn't found in our qualifications or perfection, but in our surrender. When we receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, we're not just receiving power (though that comes), but wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and discernment that transcends our natural abilities.

We're challenged to recognize that being saved secures our eternal destiny, but the Holy Spirit empowers us for abundant life right now (John 14:16)—in our families, finances, relationships, and daily battles. The antichrist spirit works to keep us fearful and distant from the very gift that would transform us, but when we boldly declare 'Lord, it's me' and present ourselves fully, heaven takes notice. This isn't about weird manifestations or religious performance; it's about being known by the King of Kings and allowing His Spirit to orchestrate a beautiful symphony through our surrendered lives.

In a world where we often feel invisible or misunderstood, the King of Kings knows you intimately. When God formed Adam, He breathed abundant life into him. That same breath—the Holy Spirit—is available to you today. You don't need to hide or perform. Simply present yourself before Him and say, "Lord, it's me." Let Him move in the parts of you that have been waiting for this moment. Being known by God is life itself.

Reflection: Have you been settling for "life" when Jesus promised "abundant life"? What would change to fully embraced the Holy Spirit?

Prayer: Holy Spirit, I want to experience You fully. Fill me afresh with Your presence, wisdom, and power. Break every lie that has kept me from receiving all You have for me. I surrender my control, my fear, and my inadequacy. Lead me into all truth and make me a vessel of Your abundant life. In our age of customized content and AI-generated teachings that tell us what we want to hear, we desperately need the Holy Spirit who tells us what we need to hear. Spiritual maturity isn't about accumulating information; it's about transformation through the complete Word of God. This includes the uncomfortable truths, the calls to repentance, and the warnings about deception. When we're grounded in the full truth, we won't be swayed by wolves in sheep's clothing or doctrines that tickle our ears.

Are you just a church attender or are you becoming a disciple? There's a powerful difference. Jesus didn't call us to collect information—He called us to transformation through His Word and real community.

We're at a crossroads. One path leads to itching ears, seeking only what we want to hear. The other leads to the full counsel of God—sometimes uncomfortable, always life-giving. True disciples don't quit when the Word bumps into them. They stay planted in the house of God, allowing correction, embracing growth, and flourishing even in challenging seasons.
Matthew 28 reminds us: "Go and make disciples...teaching them to observe ALL things." Not some things. All things. When you're planted in God's house, submitted to His Word, and teachable in spirit, you become the kind of person God can trust with His power and purpose. Psalm 92 promises those planted in the Lord's house will flourish and bear fruit even in old age.

Reflection: Will you be a disciple who keeps coming, keeps growing, and keeps saying yes to Jesus? Are you seeking teachings that challenge you or only those that comfort you?

Prayer: Lord, make us disciples who flourish because we're planted in Your house. Give us teachable hearts that receive the whole counsel of Your Word. Help us resist the spirit of this age and stand firm in Your truth. Your weakness isn't disqualifying; it's your invitation to experience God's strength. Remember, God doesn't need your ability—He needs your availability. When you surrender your "I can't" to His "I can," miracles happen.

God specifically chooses the underdog. Drawing from 2 Corinthians 12:9, we're reminded that God's power is made perfect in weakness. Throughout Scripture, we see this pattern repeated—David, the smallest son tending sheep; Gideon, the least in his clan; Moses, the murderer; Paul, who called himself a slave. These weren't the polished, powerful people the world would choose, yet God deliberately selected them. Why? So that His power would be unmistakable, and no one could boast in their own strength.

The key difference isn't between 'I can't' and 'I can'—it's between 'I can't' and 'I won't.' This isn't conditional love—it's an invitation to victory. Jesus declared, "I have overcome the world," and because you're in Him, you are more than a conqueror. But overcome what? The world's systems, fear, anxiety, and ultimately, self. Overcoming means gaining superiority, prevailing over opposition. The battle isn't primarily against the devil—Jesus already defeated him. Your daily warfare is against the self-centered nature that screams for its own way. When you overcome through Christ's strength, freedom and liberty flood your soul. Fear leaves. Anxiety dissipates. You walk in the peace of Jehovah Shalom.

The Pathway to Victory!
The pathway to victory is revealed through 1 Corinthians 13, where the original text uses 'charity' instead of 'love'—meaning generosity, benevolence, and giving. This isn't about feelings or reciprocal affection; it's about action that defeats selfishness. When we struggle to give—whether our time, resources, or kindness in small moments like letting someone merge in traffic—we're face-to-face with self. The call is clear: overcome self through charity, and watch the principalities lose their grip on our lives.

The manna from heaven, the crown of life, the hidden treasures—all belong to overcomers. As we transition into a new chapter as a church, we're reminded that this has always been God's church—not any individual pastor's. He has prepared us for this moment through discipleship and faithfulness.

Jesus' command in Matthew 28 wasn't just for the twelve disciples—it's for all of us: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations." We're called to be equipped, sent out, and to multiply the gospel. Even when we feel unprepared or scared, God meets us in our obedience. He doesn't call the equipped; He equips the called.

Jesus didn't keep His disciples by His side forever. After preparing them, He sent them out—two by two, with power over unclean spirits (Mark 6:7-13). Notice that He sent them out before they felt fully ready. The disciples had spent only a year or so with Jesus, yet He commissioned them for ministry. You may not feel prepared for what God is calling you to do, but preparation isn't about perfection—it's about obedience. God equips those He calls. The disciples went out "in fear and trembling," yet they preached repentance, cast out demons, and healed the sick. When you step out in faith, even when you feel inadequate, God meets you there. Discipleship isn't passive observation; it's active participation in God's mission.

Reflection Question: Where is God calling you to step out in faith, even though you don't feel ready?

Prayer:
Lord, You see the places where I feel unsure and unprepared. Give me courage to step where You are calling, even when my confidence feels small. Quiet my fears, strengthen my trust, and remind me that You go before me. The scripture reveals that judgment came not merely because of individual sin, but because an entire culture—from the oldest to the youngest—had normalized what was contrary to God's design. What's striking is how the older generation taught the younger, passing down destructive patterns until wickedness became systemic. Yet even in this context, God demonstrates His heart by seeking intercessors like Abraham who would stand in the gap.

The call for us today is clear: we must walk humbly before our God, do justly, and love mercy. This isn't about condemnation but about recognizing that while those who have accepted Jesus bypass judgment, we're still called to intercede for a world heading toward wrath. The beautiful truth is that God is still looking for people who will pray, who will stand in the gap, and who will meet Him halfway as He extends His hand of salvation.

Missed the sermon, watch it here: The Bypass

This is a powerful picture of what God does with our hearts. We cannot remove our own hardness, cynicism, or wounds. Just as the guards fell like dead men before heaven's power, our attempts to fix ourselves crumble before God's transforming work. He promises to remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh—tender, responsive, and alive. (Matthew 28:1-6; Ezekiel 36:26)

Today, recognize that the breakthrough you need isn't accomplished by your effort. Heaven has already moved the stone. Your part is simply to walk out of the tomb into resurrection life.

In heaven, there is a sea of glass, clear as crystal—everything is transparent before God. Nothing is hidden; all is exposed in His presence. This isn't meant to terrify us but to free us. When we stop hiding and become vulnerable before God, we discover He already knows everything and loves us completely. The enemy wants you comfortable in your prison cell, living with a hard heart behind closed doors. But Jesus has opened the way to authentic relationship through transparency. Stop pretending. Stop performing. Come before Him honestly with your struggles, failures, and fears. Transparency is the pathway to true freedom and intimacy with God. (Revelation 4:6; Hebrews 4:13)

You are a new creation in Christ—the old has passed away, and everything has become new. But here's the reality: the tomb door is open, yet many believers remain inside. We've become so comfortable with our limitations, our excuses, and our "realistic expectations" that we don't walk into the freedom Christ purchased. Sometimes the devil leaves you alone in your comfortable prison because he doesn't want you discovering the abundant life waiting outside. (2 Corinthians 5:17; Colossians 3:1-4)

What promises are you not claiming? What freedom are you not walking in? What new life are you postponing?

The stone is rolled away.
Nothing is stopping you from walking out except your own choice.

Missed the Sermon? The message walks us through thirteen years of faithful ministry—missions to Mexico, community outreach, baptisms, prayer initiatives, and countless acts of service—all demonstrating what happens when a church commits to being the hands and feet of Jesus in their community. Yet the most striking element is the courage required to step back when God calls us to a new season. Like Elijah, who needed rest before his next assignment, we learn that faithful service sometimes means knowing when to pause, refresh, and allow God to do something new. The reference to Jacob's vow in Genesis 28 reminds us that God orchestrates our steps, bringing us to the right places at the right times. This isn't a story of ending but of multiplication—one faithful season preparing the ground for an even greater harvest.

We're challenged to trust that God's plans extend far beyond our individual contributions, and that true kingdom work continues across generations and through many different hands.

Watch Full Sermon Here: This Leg of the Race

We led a lot of people to Christ and purchased 43 acres of land on a main highway. At first, we were very excited but became a little overwhelmed by what it was going to cost to buy this property and build a church complex upon it. We challenged the congregation to sacrifice, by asking them three things:

What can I give?
What can I give if I add faith to it?
What can I sacrifice to give?

The result was that enough money and resources were given to purchase the land and build a 60,000 sq.ft. building. We Made a covenant with God through sacrifice.

3. Sacrifice releases the life and miracle working power of God.
During the next ten years this church went on to become the largest Church in our City, and one of the largest of its kind in the Nation of Canada. Then, the Lord called us to start a church in another City. I asked my associate pastor to go and see what he felt about going to start a new church in that City, but while he was away the Lord told me that I was the one to go, not him. I wrestled with this because my wife and I had worked so hard, made so many friends and sacrificed so much, and now we had everything any successful pastor could want. Finally, I plucked up enough courage to tell my wife, and to my surprise she said, “If that’s what God said to do, then let’s do it.” So, we did it! We went and started a new church in that city. We felt a little bit like we had been demoted, but God gave me the following encouraging scripture, after we had made the move: Mark 10:28-30 “Then Peter began to say to Him, See, we have left all and followed You.” So Jesus answered and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s, who shall not receive a hundred fold now in this time – houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions-and in the age to come eternal life.”

Wow! What an incredible promise, one that has certainly come to pass in our lives!
This is another scripture the Lord made real to me when He told me to release some of my best leaders to start new ministries and churches. Prov 11:24 “There is one who scatters yet increases more; and there is one who withholds more than is right. But it leads to poverty.”
Then, He promised me that for every leader I released He would give me two of like quality and character. And He has been faithful to do it! This sacrificial releasing spirit has enabled us to birth Victory Churches International.

Are you ready to freely sacrifice to help build the Kingdom of God? Surely, we do not have to be paid for everything we do to build the church! Sacrifice is our reasonable service. - (Romans 12:1)

Yours for Kingdom Advancement,

Dr. George Hill,
President and Apostolic Founder of Victory Churches International
www.victoryint.org

Set you heart to know God and His intentions. Heb 1:1-2
Lord what is your plan for me and the church I pastor? Lord not my will but your will be done. What do you want me to do? You must be willing to be open to what He has to say and have ears to hear.

2. Seek vision from God for areas in which you have responsibility or influence.
How can I be a better husband/father-mother/wife? From there you expand it out: better businessman, worker, employer and employee. From there the giftings God has given us: politicians, musicians, athletes, artists, computer/multimedia. God, how can I use my gifts and abilities for kingdom expansion.

3. Set time aside to seek God, it’s hard to hear HIM If you have a crowded lifestyle.
Maybe a morning, or a whole day of prayer and fasting. In the bible you notice that when Peter/Ananias/Paul/Jeremiah/Daniel were praying, God gave them a vision. Luke 10:38-42

4. Sensitivity to the many ways God can speak to us.
Through reading and studying the Bible: Some people don’t receive a God given vision because they don’t study the Word! Through reading Genesis 2:21-22, James Young Simpson saw how God put Adam to sleep before He created eve out of his body, and he went on to invent Anesthetic to put people to sleep before he performed an operation. Rockefeller read Genesis 6:14 “cover it inside and outside with pitch,” Rockefeller knew that were there was pitch there was oil and discovered the great Middle East oil finds!

A) Through messages, ministry and worship during local church services. Heb 10:25 - R.A. Laturno said, “I get all my best ideas in Church, because God is there in a special way! Richard Moffat was speaking at a lady’s mission meeting about Africa and young David Livingstone heard his words. This placed a desire for Africa in Livingstone’s heart, and he became the world’s most famous missionary to Africa.

B) Through Godly counsel. 2 Sam 16:23 - “The advice of Ahithophel was as if one had inquired at the oracle of God”. God will send people across your path: your spouse, close friends, people in ministry or a book you read, a tape you listen to. Be discerning as to what you read and listen to, they could be God thoughts.

C) Through God given thoughts and ideas. Prov 16:3 - “Commit your works to the LORD, and your thoughts will be established.” Learn to discern the voice of the Lord by spending time with Him. You will become increasingly more sensitive until you get a track record of hearing God’s voice and how He speaks to you. 1 Sam 3:10 “Speak Lord your servant hears”

5. Seek confirmation of a vision that you receive.
If there is a major move in your life, seek confirmation. Read Acts 13:1-4 It’s amazing how many Christians make major decisions that have far reaching consequences, and they make them haphazardly. All major moves should come after seasons of prayer, counsel, thought and study. God always prepares you for change before change is ever made.

6. Stay flexible because vision is often progressive and expandable.
The Lord is constantly fine tuning our vision by pursuing and correcting us. So, keep faith and hope centered on Him and not some formula, or last year’s revelation.

7. Be faithful to another man’s vision. Luke 16:16
Many people come into church visionless, but they plug into the vision of the church, and they find vision for their own lives. Praise the Lord!

Yours for receiving Gods visions and dreams.

Dr George Hill
President and Apostolic Founder of Victory Churches International
www.victoryint.org

To wear you out so he can wipe you out.
2. To get you to reach for too much too soon.
3. To isolate you so he can devastate you.
4. To attack you at your weakest point. So, you’ve got to know what your weakness is and protect it.
A good strategy is composed of five things:

1. Objectives: The basic purpose of the organization. Victory Churches have three basic purposes that control what we do in the local church: Evangelism, Discipleship and Mobilization and three basic purposes that control what we do regionally, nationally and internationally: Leadership Development, Church Expansion, World Missions and Compassionate Ministries.

2. Goals that are Specific: The specific ways in which the purposes of the organization will be measured and accomplished. Goals should be written frequently and they can change. Objectives remain the same, and they help to clarify our goals: We must set S.M.A.R.T. goals. Goals are: Specific; Measurable; Achievable; Realistic; and Timely.

3. Priorities: The factors that determine when and why things are done. One simple way of establishing priorities among all the goals you want to accomplish is by putting a value system on the goals:
a. Somewhat important. b. Not important. c. Most important. Some priorities should be fixed in given time slots each week. What is scheduled in is more likely to happen.

4. Planning: The process used to achieve the goals (Includes personnel, resources, obstacles, research and evaluation).

5. Guidelines: The moral and ethical framework in which the organization will seek to accomplish its goals. Guidelines keep us on track and faithful to our original commitments.
Two of Victory Churches’ basic guidelines:
a. Nothing shall be done which violates the principles of God’s Word.
b. All ministries and activities should be evaluated in the light of our objectives. This is a reminder for all of us to stick to the objectives, which in turn prevents us from wasting our most precious resources (time, money, energy and personnel) on things that are ultimately outside of our mandate.

With a strategy, we know why we are doing what we are doing. We stay focused and interested in what we are doing. We know what to do and how to accomplish it. With a God strategy, we will not easily give up in a crisis. Let us stay tuned in to the voice of the Holy Spirit and receive:
God's Winning Strategies for Breakthrough, Revival and Kingdom Expansion!

Yours for all the above in 2026
Dr. George Hill
President and Founder, VCI
www.victoryint.org
